2nd lvl wing of summoner

i was trying to make a flame of condor using the 2nd lvl wing of summoner but it won't let me go throught it..i have all the stuffs but its not working..it should be all ok coz i'm using a 2nd lvl wing but its not..i think the 2nd level summoner wings still got bug..

we have decided now to wait till season4 witch is realeased 2-3 weeks max where most if not all bugs we have now are fixed there may be a couple new bugs but mainly for thre new season4 cinfigs.

we tested skill tree working summoner bugs fixed all new skill working all new items no bugs we have tested these allready all work fine

yet to test new maps all come with new GS CS witch is wahat we are waiting 4 before our realease

option to go s4 now with all of above working but decided to wait for full update first.

nice..can't wait to play s4..too excited for it..hehehe!
